Really good show on Wednesday – thank you to those who came. And a nice review posted at http://forums.delphiforums.com/yardbirds/messages?msg=23609.6
‘It was Jim McCarty unplugged last night at the Musideum in Toronto with George Koller on upright bass and Tom Reynolds on piano. A fabulous concert of new and classic material before an appreciative audience in an acoustically perfect small space with the walls lined with musical instruments from around the world from the collection of Donald Quan. Too often these days, you go to a club and there are so many people talking you can barely hear the performer. That wasn’t the situation last night, you could hear a pin drop.
Jim performed several of his new songs which were very well received, can’t wait for the release of his next disc. George and Tom were stellar in their support of Jim.
The concert finished with Heart Full of Soul acoustic, no drum kit, no electric guitar, it was really neat.’
